* Bed and breakfast reservations are secured by your first night's room deposit including tax, or a 50% deposit on multiple night stays.
* Cancellations three days or more prior to arrival will have the deposit refunded. We cannot refund room nights for early departures.
* All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.
* A 7 day cancellation policy applies during holidays and special events, including football games. A 14 day policy applies when the reservation is for 4 or more nights or for multiple rooms.
