Coos Bay Manor
This historic Colonial-style house was built in 1912 by two Finnish brothers, the Nerdrums, who worked for C.A. Smith Lumber company where they pioneered the use of salt water from the bay in making pulp. The process later proved unprofitable.
The house has a unique open air balcony that surrounds the second floor, detailed woodworking throughout, 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The stately presence of high ceilings and large rooms make this home warm and inviting. Come share a piece of Coos County's history with us.
