The inn is located on five acres at a residential street, just five minutes from downtown Ashland. This very quiet location draws hundreds of repeat guests each year. There are four room upstairs in the main house with private marble bathrooms. There is a separate cottage next to the duck pond, as well as three luxury suites and one room built inside an historic barn. The suites feature wet bars, double Jacuzzis, double showers, fireplaces and more. The cottage and 4 barn rooms have TV/VCRs and CD players. The cottage and suites have wet bars. All rooms have separate heat and air conditioning controls, telephones with data jacks, irons and ironing boards and hairdryers. The 18 X 36 heated swimming pool is available spring through fall.  There are extensive well-maintained hiking trails (bicycles available) accessible from the property. A full gourmet breakfast is served in the breakfast room or at one of the tables on the front porch. Breakfast is served at private tables between 8:30am-9:30am. Early coffee, homemade granola and newspapers are available at 7:30am.
