Oak Hill B&B
Inspired breakfasts, freshly ground coffee, and stimulating conversations in a garden setting with friendly travelers and theater goers. Our inviting living room with fireplace and library with comfy club chairs, phone, computer and printer allow for quiet and relaxing moments with a book or needed productivity. We have five quiet, individually decorated guest rooms with king and queen beds, baths en suite and individual thermostats in rooms. We are air conditioned throughout. All rooms feature electric fireplaces and Pat's house-made soaps and spa products.
Deposit is 50% of total charge, 100% for one-night reservations.
If your notice of cancellation is received by us more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be returned minus a $25 per room cancellation fee.
If your notice of cancellation is received by us 30 days or fewer prior to date of arrival, we will require payment of all reserved dates which we are unable to re-book.
