Lunch/Coffee Spot: The Sippery is really a fun place to visit throughout the day. Grab a coffee and tasty baked good for a mid-morning treat. Or try their Mac & Cheese or Bagel Sandwiches for a delectable lunch stop. Be sure and check their calendar, as you can often test out your trivia knowledge or catch live music in the evenings!

Outdoor Adventures: Many of our local wineries have stunning views. So do some tasting and take it all in. Even on a rainy day the views are remarkable. If you are looking to stretch your legs, be sure and visit Baskett Slough National Wildlife Refuge or Ankeny National Wildlife Refuge. Both are short drives and provide a peaceful respite for visitors and offer a few great spots to plant a peck on your partner!
MaMere’s Guest House is located in the heart of Willamette Valley Wine county, and is the perfect place to call home while you explore the surrounding wineries or visiting Western Oregon University. The property is on the National Register of Historic Places and is only a block from WOU and Monmouth’s Main Street.
