No credits or refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
No Shows. Full price for each night of the entire reservation will be charged if a guest fails to arrive.
If you must cancel or change your reservation, 30 days advance notice is required. We are very sorry to report that if such advance notice is not provided, we will be obliged to bill your credit card in full for those nights which we are not able to re-rent. A $25 cancellation fee is imposed for a cancellation made at any time.
