Silverton Oregon Mural

Silver Falls State ParkFeller House Bed and Breakfast said goodbye to Red Chair Travels but not before the innkeepers took it to Silver Falls State Park just outside of Silverton, Oregon.  The largest state park in Oregon, Silver Falls is only 20 miles southeast of Salem, our state capital with 9,000+ acres that includes more than 24 miles of walking trails, 14 miles of horse trails, and a 4-mile bike path.  Its 8.7-mile Trail of Ten Falls runs along the banks of Silver Creek.

BedandBreakfast.com has partnered with Red Chair Travels keeping the journey alive and now the inns of the Oregon Bed and Breakfast Guild will do our part .  We know you’ll enjoy the ride and hope you’re inspired to travel to the places, and inns, that Red will visit.

Red Chair on the Oregon Coast

Hike the Oregon Coast for some of the nation’s most pristine scenery which is also known as being perhaps the cleanest beaches in the U.S. Take a breathtaking hike above giant cliffs of basalt for breathtaking views, stroll along long stretches of immaculate beaches.  The
Oregon Coast is where bundles of beautiful hiking trails meander through tiny mountain ranges, all along offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.

If you really want to rough it there are numerous campgrounds – both modern and primitive, along the trails, beaches and headlands.  Ah, but wouldn’t it be so much more comfortable at one of the many Oregon Bed and Breakfast Guild inns that dot the coast from Astoria to Port Orford?  Comfy beds, soft pillows, hot coffee and a heartly breakfast ready for you in the morning?  I love to camp but I’m liking to be pampered more and more!  Our innkeepers know the area.  Trail lengths, difficulties, time it takes to hike.  We love the areas we live in, we explore activities and have lots to share with our guests.
